Getting the most for your money - getting the best

Let's face it - VIP Village is a lot more expensive than ordinary grandstands. Why? Because it is a TOTALLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE.MotoGP VIP Village

If you are up to VIP, then you might as well go with the best. As one of the few agencies to sell the VIP Village, over the years we have developed deep contacts in the paddock and the industry.

OUR MISSION IS TO GIVE YOU THE BEST POSSIBLE MotoGP EXPERIENCE

Some of our sports credentials include:

  • We are appointed travel partners for the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup
  • TWO members of staff hold permanent (all-event) paddock passes
  • We sponsor several teams and riders giving us access to their pits and teams
  • Most of the Randy Mamola 2-up rides for Donington 2008 have gone to our customers thanks to an exclusive arrangement

You can buy VIP Village from any number of online ticket shops. You might even save a few Euros. But the single most important difference can be summed in three words: WE ARE THERE.

We attend every MotoGP event. (Even China!) We don't just attend, we are INSIDE the VIP Village - yes, we consume one of the seats ourselves just so that we can be on hand to help you get the most of your weekend.

This manifests itself in many intangible ways. Here are some of the things our VIP reps have done for customers in the past:

  • Provided a pass to view the start of the Laguna Seca MotoGP from the pit wall
  • Obtained a Rossi-signed cap for a honeymoon couple
  • Advised Australian customer on best paddock tour to take, resulting in meeting Casey Stoner
  • Introduced a Hopkins fan to John, obtained photos and his signature on our exclusive 2006 MotoGP review
  • Conducted impromptu walking tour of Istanbul track to show subtleties of circuit
  • Recruited a VIP customer to be a grid girl for one of our riders
  • Organised many contests with prizes for VIP groups
  • Helped VIP customers get and stay in touch with each other
  • Had Julian Ryder (Eurosport commentator) join one of our opening receptions (we have also had several other personalities speak at our events, including Randy Mamola, Steve Parrish, Peter Clifford, as well as a few riders.)
  • Obtained special permission and organised transport to take Qatar VIP customers to main grandstand to view MotoGP race
  • Spotted top rider in local bar and introduced (in non-hassle manner!) to VIP customers
  • We routinely provide Friday access (not usually available to VIP Village customers) to customers seeking to visit the track
  • Got an invitation for group to join several MotoGP riders for drinks after the race
  • Purchased merchandise on behalf of customer who could not make walk to other side of circuit
  • Organised table at top Le Mans restaurant for honeymoon couple
  • We routinely provide helpful touches such as ear plugs, poster tubes, lanyards
  • Routinely bring over materials, press releases from the media centre
  • Organised helicopter transfer from Brno circuit, with limo service to the helipad driving ON the track. (and as bonus, added impromptu aerial tour of several Bohemian castles!)
  • At our opening receptions, we routinely play a video of the previous year's MotoGP race with our own added commentary in addition to the narrator.
  • Organised secure parking for one customer's Ferraris
  • Took several customers on private pit tour of one of our sponsored teams

We won't promise anything, except that we will be there and at your service and you will have a fantastic time!
